Care and Maintenance of Young Woodlands

A one-day course looking at all aspects of establishing a young woodland

If you are thinking about planting trees or have newly established young woodland to manage this will be an ideal course for you.

Trees can be difficult to establish and the care they receive in the early years is critical. During the day you will visit three young woodland sites where different management options have been employed.

This course will give you the confidence to develop your own management plan to give your woodland the best chance of survival.
